We make every effort to display product descriptions, colours, images, measurements, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual product colours and appearances may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, or device display settings.
Certain products may feature handmade, hand-printed, embroidered, dyed, or artisanal elements. Minor variations in colour, texture, print placement, stitching, or finish are natural characteristics of such products and shall not be considered defects.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit quantities of any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in circumstances including but not limited to:
1.Incorrect pricing or product information
2.Payment authorization failure
3.Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
4.Product unavailability
5.Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Orders shall only be confirmed upon successful payment verification.
We reserve the right to correct any typographical, pricing, or product information errors without prior notice.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch and solely upon approval by the brand.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference purposes only and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, governmental restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues shall not automatically qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping, billing, and contact details at the time of placing the order. We shall not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Risk and ownership of products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

6.Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At our brand, all purchases are generally considered final, subject to applicable law. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to:
1.Incorrect size selected by the customer
2.Change of mind
3.Preference regarding color, fit, or style
4.Incorrect order placed by the customer.

Exchanges and replacements shall only be accepted in cases involving manufacturing defects, damaged products, defective items, or incorrect products delivered by us.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, customers must provide valid proof of the issue, including:
1.Clear photographs of the product
2.An unboxing video
3.Order details and invoice confirmation
Requests for refunds, replacements, or exchanges must be raised within 24- 48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests received after the stated timeframe may not be entertained.

Please note:
Exchanges shall only be accepted in cases of verified manufacturing defects from our end.
Requests related to incorrect size selection, color preference, or customer ordering errors shall not qualify for return, exchange, or refund. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow wash care instructions shall not qualify for return, refund, or replacement.

Customer support and return/replacement processing shall only operate on business days (Monday to Friday). Requests raised on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.               

All purchases remain subject to applicable Terms & Conditions.

7. Sizing Disclaimer
Customers are requested to carefully review the size guide before placing an order.
Slight variations in measurements may occur due to manual production processes and shall not be considered defects.

8.Wash Care Disclaimer
Customers are advised to wash garments before first use to minimize any excess lint, fibre shedding, or residue that may naturally occur during initial wear.
Minor lint release, texture variations, or fabric shedding during the first few washes are normal characteristics of certain fabrics and shall not be considered manufacturing defects. Certain fabrics and dyed garments may experience minor colour bleeding or fading during initial washes. Customers are advised to wash dark and light garments separately.
Please follow all wash care instructions provided with the garment carefully. The brand shall not be responsible for damage caused due to improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, or handling of the product.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our official communication channels with:
1.Order details
2.Clear photographs/videos of the issue
3.Packaging images, if applicable
Claims submitted beyond the stated timeframe may not be accepted.

10. Fraudulent Transactions
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent, illegal, unauthorized, or suspicious activity.
Additional verification may be requested before processing certain orders.

11. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, product designs, artwork, prints, photographs, videos, text, branding materials, packaging, and website content, is the exclusive intellectual property of the brand and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

12. User Conduct
Customers agree not to misuse the website or engage in activities including but not limited to:
1.Fraudulent transactions
2.Uploading harmful or unlawful material
3.Violating applicable laws
4.Interfering with website security or operations
We reserve the right to restrict access or take appropriate legal action against violations.

Customer personal information shall be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.

We do not sell customer information to third parties.

By tagging our brand, mentioning us, or sharing content featuring our products on social media, customers grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to repost, share, or use such content for promotional and marketing purposes unless expressly requested otherwise.

15. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
1.Natural disasters
2.Floods
3.Fires
4.Pandemics
5.Government restrictions
6.Transportation disruptions
7.Technical failures
8.Internet outages
9.Labor strikes
In such events, obligations affected by the force majeure event may be suspended for the duration of the event and for a reasonable recovery period thereafter.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

17. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, controversy, or disagreement arising out of or relating to the use of this website, purchases, products, services, or these Terms & Conditions, the customer shall first contact the brand through the official support channels provided on the website, including email, in an attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussions.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days from the date of first written communication, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. In the event the parties are unable to appoint an arbitrator mutually, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with applicable law.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ranchi, Jharkhand, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, subject to remedies available under applicable law.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to the Dispute Resolution clause above, the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction in matters arising out of these Terms & Conditions.

19. Grievance Redressal & Contact Information
For any questions, concerns, complaints, or grievances regarding orders, products, or policies, customers may contact us through our official communication channels provided on the website. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

20. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, along with any policies referenced on the website, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the brand regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior communications or understandings.
